The hotel was conveniently located next to an important government office and there was a bus stop right in front of it, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and the shower had good water pressure, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and responsive, even though we had a bit of trouble communicating due to language barriers.
The hotel was located in a less than desirable area, but it wasn't the worst we've seen. The language barrier could be an issue for some guests, as the staff did not speak fluent English.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even though we didn't speak the same language. the breakfast buffet was affordable and offered a variety of traditional foods, including stir-fry vegetables and salted duck egg.
The location wasn't the best, as it was close to the construction of the Harbin metro project. the bathroom shower was separated from the bedroom by a glass door, which may not be comfortable for some guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even though they didn't speak English. We managed to communicate using a web-based translator, which worked perfectly. The hotel is located in a great area with a bus stop right in front. This made it easy for me to explore the city using public transportation. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast options were affordable and delicious. I loved the traditional breadstick, the stir-fried vegetables, the salted duck egg, and the fruits. It was a great start to my mornings.

There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel.
The English proficiency of the staff may be limited, which could pose a challenge for non-Chinese speakers.
